Step 1
Initial Consultation
We’ll discuss your project requirements, programme, specifications, and scope before arranging a site meeting to review them in detail.
Step 2
Project review and pricing
For larger commercial projects, we’ll review plans, specifications, and contract requirements before preparing a detailed quotation or tender submission. We’ll also identify any programme considerations and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and scheduling.
Step 3
Planning, coordination and site preparation
We’ll work closely with site teams, project managers, and contractors to coordinate timing and project milestones. Site preparation may be completed by either the principal contractor or our team, depending on the project scope, and may include excavation, base preparation, formwork and reinforcement.
Step 4
Concrete placement and finishing
Our team will place and finish the concrete in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Most commercial floors receive a machine-finished (power float) surface, while external yards, hardstands and parking areas typically receive a broom finish or exposed aggregate finish where specified.
Step 5
Completion and handover
We’ll complete any required saw cutting and curing works included within our scope, carry out a final quality inspection, and conduct a walkthrough and handover to ensure all project requirements have been met.
