Do you offer free quotes?
We know how important it is to be able to create an accurate budget for your concrete project. After an initial phone discussion, we can arrange a site visit and provide a quote. There is no charge for this service.
What areas of Auckland do you service?
We work throughout Auckland and surrounding areas, including Central Auckland, West Auckland, the North Shore and the Rodney District (Matakana, Coatesville, Omaha and Warkworth). Please get in touch with us to confirm availability in your area.
How does the payment process work?
Once you approve our quote, we'll confirm your project schedule and outline the payment terms clearly before any work begins. Payment stages may vary depending on the size of the project, and everything will be agreed upfront so there are no surprises.
Are your subcontractors insured?
Ayson Concrete Solutions provides comprehensive insurance that covers all of our subcontractors, anyone who works on our projects, and all materials used. You can rest assured that you're in safe hands with us. For added peace of mind, it's a good idea to check with your insurer about any cover requirements for renovation work.
How long does a typical concrete project take?
Most residential concrete projects take between a few days and a week to complete on site, depending on size, access and site conditions. This includes preparation, concrete placement and finishing. We'll outline expected timeframes as part of your quote so you know exactly what to expect.
